Point Grey Runners Compete in CoquitlamPublished by
Coquitlam, BC- Luc Bruchet highlighted the men's 3km run at the Post-Secondary All Comers meet in Coquitlam on Tuesday evening. Bruchet ran a new personal best of 8:08.77 and was the first man across the line. The race was paced by Rob Watson and Nigel Hole, both of Point Grey track, through 1km in 2:39 and 1600m in 4:16. Point Grey's own Kevin Friesen was second to Bruchet, also in a new personal best of 8:10.35. Ryan Huff was fourth in 8:41 and Theo Hunt was fifth in 8:43. In the 1500 metre run, Mark Wilkie ran a time of 3:55.
